Combine beef, onion, corinader, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin and paprika.
Roll into meatballs. Brown and boil in shermula sauce until done. For shermula sauce, combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce sauce until it reaches desired thickness.
